In this course students will learn the ins-and-outs of using SQL, and related tools, to create database driven applications.

Overview will include the basics behind relational databases, ODBC, normalization, constraints, keys, and stored procedures.

Students will learn how to set-up a mySQL database and then work as a team, using SQL and stored procedures to provide the database backend for a web-based application.
